If the Global PropTech Summit is cancelled by the Organizer, eligible registered participants will be informed of the applicable refund arrangements.

Any other cancellation or refund conditions will follow the terms communicated at the time of registration or purchase.
 

3. Event Access

Participants may be required to present their registration confirmation, QR code, and valid identification to access the event.

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment and comply with venue and event requirements.

Photography, filming, and video recording may take place during the Summit for event coverage, promotional, and archival purposes.

Event-related media may be used across the Global PropTech Summit’s digital and printed platforms.
 

7. Event Content

Presentations, materials, visuals, recordings, and other content shared during the Summit may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
 

8. Privacy & Communications

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

7. Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants must behave professionally, respect other attendees, and comply with venue, security, and safety requirements. The Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.

8. Liability and Third Parties

The Organizer is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services, travel arrangements, programme changes, personal property, website interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
